Ever wonder who Buckeye Border is? Where did we come from? Who do we reach?
Buckeye Border FCA is part of the Northwest Ohio Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Rich Isaiah is the Area Director for Northwest Ohio and oversees 19 counties. As one can imagine, 19 counties is too much for one person. Thus, the beginning of Buckeye Border! Our ministry focuses on five of those 19 counties: Fulton, Henry, Defiance, Paulding, and Williams Counties. Seeing that we lie on the borders of Michigan and Indiana, it seemed natural to be called Buckeye Border FCA, which also distinguishes us from our Northwest Ohio office. Although our offices are separated by location, we serve together in impacting Northwest Ohio.
The Buckeye Border office is currently located in Wauseon, with a second location in Archbold. We recently found a new home in Archbold. Office hours in Archbold are sporadic, so please call before visiting. We are located off Lugbill Rd., right behind Sky Bank and Burger King in the Three Cord Building.
Our Buckeye Border office has a leadership team (Board of directors) that oversees the ministries, finances, and development of our area. This leadership team meets quarterly as a whole and monthly in teams. These men and women are devoted to God and the ministry of FCA in our area and have helped launch us in the right direction.
